David Adair
Founder, Partner
With a passion for telling your story through design and digital platforms, David founded Prisma in 2007. David works closely with our clients to understand the audience, articulate the challenge, and craft a creative solution. He then works with each team member to bring this vision to life.
Zach Kennedy
Partner, Director
Zach is the co-founder, director and lead creative for our video division of Prisma. Starting in the world of television production and then spending several years leading media and production teams for the largest church in Arkansas, Zach possesses a knack for storytelling through film and motion graphics in a way that keeps the audience engaged.
Max Wilkinson
Partner, Director
Back in 2014, home-bred, Natural State native, Max Wilkinson loaded up his cinema background and found himself unpacking it into the world of commercial photography. Behind the lens for over a decade, to studio director, and a man of action, Max joined Prisma to help build upon the brand and bring a host of new opportunities to our creative palette.
Meredith Adair
Partner, Finance Director
Having founded Prisma with David, Meredith’s primary role is financial director. She is one of those people who loves numbers and gets giddy about a finely-tuned spreadsheet. So naturally, Meredith’s responsibilities include bookkeeping, accounting, and managing the financial side of the company.
Kyle Dyer
Creative Director
Kyle brings leadership to our creative team through strategy, concept, and design across a variety of mediums. A talented designer, Kyle works closely with our clients to understand their business challenges and craft an effective creative solution.
Clint Landrum
Director of Web Development
As Director of Web Development, Clint brings leadership to our developer team and expertise in building web and mobile experiences with the latest technologies and finding the best solutions for our clients.
Victor Pongonis
Senior Producer
Victor brings 15 years of film experience, from coordinating small features to working in Set Decoration on major productions like True Detective, National Treasure, and Killers of the Flower Moon. At Prisma, he produces live action content with a strong understanding of multiple departments. He’s passionate about travel, history, and time on the trails with his wife Claire and their dogs, Ember and Winnie. He’s also a die-hard Survivor fan.
Julia Gattis
Art Director
Julia is a strategist, designer, illustrator, and animator. This makes her the perfect blend of talent to art direct all of the video content produced by Prisma.
Samuel Gray
Senior Designer
A versatile designer, Sam contributes to all areas of design including brand development and interface design for websites and mobile experiences. Sam is also a talented illustrator and fine artist. He often taps into these skills to bring a particularly creative solution to help our clients meet their goals.
Noah Baslé
Senior Retoucher
Born at a young age, Noah found himself creating and manipulating images before he could say the word “Photoshop.” Today, he takes our images from shot to finished, defying reality to bring products to life as Senior Retoucher—which is just a fancy way of saying he does a lot of clicking, and covering up his own mistakes. As a lifelong learner, you’ll always find Noah cooking something up, whether at a screen or in the kitchen.
Dwight Chalmers
Sound Supervisor
Dwight is a veteran in the movie making business, with an IMDB page too long to condense in this bio. Dwight leads the sound mixing post production facility, postbyprisma.com
Michael Nguyen
Retoucher
Michael started his career in graphic design but quickly realized it wasn’t quite his thing. Luckily, he found his true calling in professional photo retouching and has been honing his craft for over a decade. He’s passionate about pushing the limits of what’s possible with images and bringing out their full potential. Outside of work, Michael is an avid cook (and an even bigger eater), a die-hard MMA fan, and a self-proclaimed Las Vegas “nerd.” If you ever need recommendations for things to do in Vegas, he’s definitely the guy to ask!
Brad Fox
Senior Developer
Brad brings extensive experience in various programming languages to website development, along with hardware and software support. While primarily responsible for making things work, he really enjoys seeing how the services we provide position our clients for greater success.
Ashlee Robinson
Senior Food Stylist
Ashley’s love for food started early—thanks to her great-grandmother’s pasta and her grandfather’s legendary fried chicken, family gatherings in Springdale, AR were basically culinary bootcamp. After graduating from Le Cordon Bleu in San Francisco, she cut her teeth in the Bay Area, juggling sauté pans and soaking up every food trend like a sponge. After venturing back to Arkansas, she joined Tyson Foods as a chef but soon found herself sparked by a new interest that led her to study food styling, where she learned the fine art of making turkeys—and other foods—behave on camera. Now at Prisma, Ashley blends creativity, precision, and just the right amount of whipped cream to make every shot shine.
Austin Curzon
Motion Designer
As Motion Designer, Austin is involved in the animation process on many Prisma projects. In fact, Austin loves animation so much, he spends his free time creating animated characters and stories to share on Instagram.
Karle'e Gleghorn
Producer
An Arkansas native, Karle’e spent the first decade of her career in San Diego, honing her skills as an Account Manager at leading advertising agencies and guiding creative work for a wide range of clients. Now a Lead Producer at Prisma, she brings her signature optimism, sharp communication, and keen eye for detail to every production—making sure projects run seamlessly from kickoff to final delivery. When she isn’t in producer-mode, this self-proclaimed fashion guru enjoys live music, capturing life through her lens, and planning themed parties for all who will participate.
Bailey Cash
Colorist
Bailey came to us from the movie business where she worked as a grip, electric, and camera assistant. Her keen eye for color and love of DaVinci Resolve has grown into a role as Colorist on commercials and features alike. In her daily duties around Prisma, you might find her editing a project, coloring a feature film, or building out the RED for the next big shoot.
Frances Luchi
Junior Producer
As a junior producer at Prisma, Frances manages timelines, assets, and *gently* guides creatives. Her background in project management and passion for enforcing a deadline brought her to Prisma. She brings calm, order, and brutal honesty to every production. Outside the studio, you’ll find her traveling to European cities, dreaming of the beach, or trying to wear out her fetch-obsessed dog (spoiler: never works). She also spends a lot of time with her big, loud, opinionated family—an excellent training ground for managing any production set.
Richard Bradley
Senior Photographer
As wise as he is calm, Richard heads our team of photographers into the fray of commercial imaging. Bringing with him decades of experience in a variety of studios, including his own. As a master of lighting and composition, he is a seasoned constant in an ever-changing, and frantic, field. When not anchoring down a shooting set, Richard can be found browsing classified ads for sports cars and backyard grills.
Robert Headrick
Motion Designer
As Motion Designer, Robert brings an expertise in the world of Post-Production. From editing to animation, he’s involved in delivering quality stories to the finish line. He loves to tinker with animation expressions and network rendering to enhance our workflow.
Jeff Cerino
Senior Producer
From his beginnings as a roller coaster operator, Jeff has since traveled through the entirety of the video production pipeline before landing himself in the world of still frames. He is an expert at creative problem-solving, and his obvious charm allows him to excel at project management and client relations. It’s worth noting that while Jeff has worn a Super Bowl ring, he has not participated in nor won a Super Bowl—contrary to popular belief.
Haley Chitty
Finance Manager
Haley is a Bentonville native. By day, she crunches numbers with the precision of a calculator and the intuition of a psychic. With a background in accounting and finance, she keeps the books balanced, the budgets in line, and the spreadsheets color-coded (for fun, not just function). When she’s not reconciling accounts or spreading good vibes, Haley enjoys giving back to the community, curating epic playlists, being on any body of water, and a nice cold drink on a patio. She’s not a regular accountant; she’s a cool accountant.
April Timboe
Junior Food Stylist
April’s love for food began in her childhood kitchen in Bolivia, where cooking from scratch was a daily ritual. That early hands-on experience sparked a passion for bold flavors and creative combinations, eventually leading her to competitive cooking. Over the years, she developed award-winning recipes featured on the Cooking Channel, Live with Kelly and Michael, Taste of Home, and Pillsbury Bake-Off Magazine. Largely self-taught, April later sharpened her skills at Brightwater Culinary School. Now, as a Junior Food Stylist, she blends instinct, technique, and a sharp eye for detail—plus just the right amount of obsessive perfectionism—to make everything from cocktails to casseroles look camera-ready. She’s thrilled to turn her lifelong love of food into a career where playing with your food is actually encouraged.

Illustrator
Cathleen is a highly skilled illustrator and graphic designer who plays a vital role in supporting the video and motion teams. With strong technical and creative skills, she excels at transforming concepts into compelling visuals that elevate every project.
