The pandemic changed everything. For International Women's Day, we crafted a short narrative to highlight its affect on women in the workplace.


International Women’s Day has become a major moment for brands to demonstrate their commitment to diversity and inclusion. Tyson Foods has returned three years in a row to ask Prisma to create a unique piece on this important day.

For this piece in 2019, Tyson Foods asked us to tackle unconscious bias with roles in the company through the lens of elementary school kids. The future seems to be in good hands. This project was our first to shoot on Atlas Anamorphics with our RED Gemini. The combination gave additional dimension to the project while remaining sharp for the social crops required in post. The footage was shot over the course of three very full days around Northwest Arkansas with a small crew.
